Dear Parking Garage J.A. -

To the J.A. that hit my car in the parking garage this evening:

I would just like to thank you so very much for the huge scratches that stretch from the back of the passenger door all the way to the bumper. They are a really nice addition to my car.

I would especially like to thank you for not leaving me a note and owning up to your mistake. Perhaps I should give you the benefit of doubt, maybe you didn’t know you had hit it. But I truly find that hard to believe considering the scrapes are nearly a foot long and clearly not scrapes that are easily “buffed” out.

It was a perfect ending to my fun date with my husband. Thanks so much.

Sincerely,
The pissed-off owner of the silver Volvo

OH! B*stard! This has happened to me twice but once another person saw the incident and put a note under my windscreen on the unobservant driver’s behalf! :-) Hope your insurance co comes through for you.

I’m sorry. However, I truly believe that what goes around comes around and he’ll get his in the end!

Oh suck! That bites! Don’t garages have security cameras??? No??? probably wouldn’t be worth their time to tack down your J.A. So sorry about your car.

oh my gosh, what a jerk! I can’t believe how selfish and rude some people are. Accidents happen, but at least own up to it!!! I’m so sorry. That sucks, big time.

That sucks! Hopefully karma catches up with him or her. Hope you don’t have problems with your insurance/car dealership :-)

Argh! I hope karma catches up with him/her, too. I had a nice white 6 inch scratch about mirror height on my old black SUV. That J.A. didn’t leave a note either, and I’m pretty sure that was hard to miss.
