What Vacation Means…

…to Emma:
-An exciting plane ride.
-A whole lot of spoiling from all the grandparents, aunts and uncles.
-Nonstop playing with cousins, cousins and MORE cousins!
-Staying up past her normal bedtime.
-Getting to cuddle and sleep with Mama every night.

…to Mama:
-A frantic trip through security which requires the dismantling of everyone and everything (and for this trip a security “tag” of the four-year old, requiring her to be searched? Seriously?)
-Attempting to undo the “spoilage” (usually requires at least a week’s worth of work after the vacation)
-Trying to make sure that everyone gets equal “time” with the girls.
-An inability to get the girls into bed by a normal bedtime.
-Getting to cuddle and sleep with Emma every night.

Hehe! Things sure are different from Mommy’s vs Kiddie’s perspective! But at least you could both enjoy the cuddling. :o)
