Glow ~ Theme Thursday

Every night the girls wait anxiously at the kitchen window. Finally, the next door neighbor will reward their impatience by flipping a switch and inflating her entire yard.

I have been using the promise to “visit” the Halloween Holy Land in order to get the girls to eat their dinner. (Hmmm…do you think she’ll leave them up until Christmas?) They will eat as quickly as they can, race to put their shoes on and then stand at the door, “Can we go now, can we go now? Mommy, can we go visit the Halloweens now?”

So off we go. The glow of the pumpkins beckons us.

Wow! That is quite the glow! I can see why it’s a bit attraction…I know if there were anything around here like that, the path between our house and theirs would be well worn!

I love that second shot. Very cool.

I wish I could come up with something to get Zoe to eat dinner so nicely. She eats VERY slowly. And lately, she says “no hungry”. So, I save her dinner. Then around 7:30… she starts yelling “I hungry I hungry”…. and I pull out dinner. I’m not quite sure what to do. Maybe we can get some Halloween blow ups.

Oh Lordy…looks like you live next door to the Griswolds LOL! Well, I’m sure the kiddos just love it, and anything that can get them to eat is wonderful!

“Halloween Holy Land” – you don’t hear that phrase too often! I can see why it entices them….that’s quite some glow.
