The Waiting Game ~ Best Shot Monday

Seems like we are doing a lot of waiting lately.

The girls are always waiting for me to take them to the park – just let me throw in one more load of laundry or start the dishwasher.

I am always waiting for J. to get home and help takeover on “girly duty” – please, just get them through the baths and into bed?

And all of us are always waiting for the weekend – isn’t that when all the fun things happen?

So it is pretty fitting that my Best Shot Monday this week is Ad waiting around to give out a treat. (Or a trick, maybe?)

waiting for a trick-or-treat

I know some of you are waiting for real Halloween photos and the unveiling of the costumes(!), but while I try to get my stuff together over here, why don’t you go visit Tracey.Β  I’m sure there is a Halloween photo or two over there, and no waiting required.

SO very sweet. Waiting is the game around here, too. I think it’s just life as a mommy- always something to do…never enough time to do it all!

You’ve got such a way with words, Carrie. Even a post saying…well, nothing really…is entertaining to read!

The costume looks aMAZing!!! Can’t wait for the real unveiling.

Oh, and Addie is too sweet.

Waiting to give out treats does seem to take forever, especially when you just know all those candy lovers are out there but haven’t made it to your house yet. πŸ˜‰

Sitting so perfectly like a little mermaid, too. I can’t wait to see more of the costumes. I can tell they already look awesome.

You even captured the ‘waiting’ expression on her face. That’s an awesome mermaid costume! My 2yo wanted to be one this year, but I couldn’t find anything I liked.

Please pay no attention to the fact that it is Saturday and I am just getting to BSM this week…

This is too cute! Waiting indeed…too bad you don’t get to do less waiting when you get older! And her costume is ADORABLE!
