Playtime! ~ Theme Thursday

It’s playtime over at Stacy’s for Theme Thursday today. So…

Are you ready for some football??

Emma came in over the weekend and asked if anyone wanted to play football. That was music to her Daddy’s ears, I think. He hopped up and off they went out into the yard.

Laces out!

We need a little work on the throwing and catching, but she definitely has the running and kicking down. Good thing she is going to be a soccer star.

That's a touchdown!

Addie found other stuff to play with…

Finding things to play with

Until the footballers took a break for a little swinging…

Better than a swing

And then they pondered how fun it is to have Daddy home for playtime.

Taking a break

I don’t know why (well, yes, I do) but my girls love to play outside with daddy much more than they do with me. And they play differently too. Love the action in the second one down but love the aw factor in the last one. Cute girls.

From what I can see, Emma looks like a great football player. She’s holding it correctly and out running her Dad!

I bet that request was music to Daddy’s ears! Maybe we’ll be adding “football star” to the list of her talents.

Love Ad’s posture laying on Daddy!

I bet J did love to hear that. 🙂 Oh, the pictures of the kids playing with daddy are so sweet!

I know Brian can’t wait until the kids are interested in football. Kai and him have thrown the ball back and forth a bit, and he isn’t too shabby in throwing it.

You really captured the moment with these shots. That last one is SO cute. My kids love playing with daddy outside. He is way more fun.

Glad to see that the girls are interested in daddy’s hobbies/job.

Hubby must be tall to be human swing. We are vertically challenged around our parts.

Sweet pictures! Looks like she had fun playing catch with Daddy. That last shot in the sunlight is too precious. 🙂

What fun! I love daddy pictures.
Ken is still healing so he can’t get too physical with Harrison yet. But Harrison is so sweet, he’s very careful of “Daddy’s boo-boo”.

Wish we had that much grass in our front [or even back] yard.
