Today’s theme was spirited. I would have loved to have been truly creative and original and come up with a great photo, but it has been a really long week.
My friend and I spent Wednesday evening commiserating about our spirited Emmas. Is it the name? Is it the age? Is it a girl-thing? Not really sure, but the two of them have enough spunk, feisty-ness, and “spirit” for about twenty kids. (And this is not necessarily a good thing most days.)
While we were dissecting the trials of our week, we had a little spirit of our own….
Forget Champagne Fridays, we are on to Wine Wednesdays.
I’m telling you. L-O-N-G. Week.

Actually, a friend in Costa Mesa pulled out a bottle of wine when I was there for a playdate. It was SO relaxing.
Oh I like including wine spirit in your post. It’s not even Friday yet but I could sure go for a glass right about now.

Beautiful girls, I have a Kylie and there is a girl at her daycare name Kylie. Your description of your Emma’s describes the ‘Kylies’ almost exactly. I linked to your site on my blog because it was just too funny!
It could quite possibly be the name! My Em (Emilee) is quite spirited as well. Oh, the memories she creates for me though.
And if I liked wine, I’d definately be up for a Wine Wednesday. It sure beats the Whine Wednesdays I normally have!
